Shipping policy

The standard shipping policy for Khalis @ Ghar and wellness products delivered nationwide across Pakistan is as follows:

  • Coverage Area: Nationwide delivery to all major cities, towns, and remote regions across Pakistan.

  • Order Processing & Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the following working day.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–3 working days

    • Other Cities: 3–5 working days

    • Remote Areas: Up to 7 working days

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders o0f Rs. 10,000 or above (or on specific promotional bundles).

    • Standard Flat Rate: Rs. 400 on orders under Rs. 10,000.

  • Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide at no extra surcharge.

  • Tracking & Support: A courier tracking number is shared via SMS or WhatsApp upon dispatch.
